About the role
Hydro is seeking for junior resources for various project in different technologies. In particular, technical resources with knowledge of Microsoft or and Database.
Purpose of Junior Technical Specialists
Junior developers will be trained and allocated to different teams like BI, SAP, Oracle, HR Systems etc. and these will be initially worked as a backup and then provide support to global Hydro locations.
On boarding Plan:
The batch of junior resources will be trained for 3 months in different technologies, soft skills and hydro policies. After the training, the resources will be allocated to SAP, Oracle, Mendix and BI team. The junior resources will be onboarded in the project and the utilisation will be 25%,75% and 100% in the next 3 months.
Responsibilities:
- Get an understanding of Hydros different business areas.
- Provide support by resolving issues or delivering service requests for the business.
- Learn and implement various technologies like Microsoft, Medix, SAP etc.
- Troubleshoot issues with reports in the global and regional data warehouse
- Support all global and regional (Asia) data warehouse initiatives
Desired Skills and Experience:
Work Experience – 0-2 years’ experience with OOPs, .Net/MVC or Java hands-on
Education – Engineering, BCA, MCA or similar qualification
Functional Knowledge – Manufacturing industry knowledge will be a plus
Technical Knowledge – Microsoft .Net/MVC & SQL Server, Mendix, SSIS/PowerBI, SAP (One of these technologies)
Language – Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory
Personality –
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Result oriented, customer-focused, proactive, and energetic, etc.
