This individual will report to the Leads of Integrations Team of Business Engineering at Mercor.
- Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications and databases.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Implement effective security and data protection measures.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Identify and address bottlenecks and troubleshoot bugs.
