Role and Responsibilities:
The Marketing Research Analyst will be responsible for researching US healthcare organizations in our company marketing segments using online databases, search engines, and other resources. They will also be responsible for identifying the associated contacts and roles who work at those organizations, making phone calls to confirm certain information at non-client accounts, and entering confirmed data accurately into Salesforce.
Responsibilities:
- Use ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and other internet sources to identify contacts with target roles on accounts in priority segments
- Use company websites to identify account information including Practice Management System, Electronic Medical Record, number of providers, and health system ownership if applicable
- Call target accounts during US business hours to confirm company information such as Practice Management System, Electronic Medical Record, number of providers, and health system ownership
- Enter confirmed contact and account data into Salesforce and/or Excel
- Professionally handle all phone conversations
- Escalate issues to the manager
