At TNP Officer, we want to provide excellent training and education to our students. We value your trust and want you to be happy with our courses. However, it’s necessary to know that we have a specific refund policy because of the way our live batches and digital products work.

There is a strict no refund & no cancellation policy after Admission!
LIVE COURSES
- The top-notch engineers and trainers teach in live batches and get paid based on the number of students enrolled. Once you sign up and pay for a course, we make arrangements and confirm the batch. Therefore, we can not offer refunds once you have confirmed your admission and purchased the course.
- Please check the Demo sessions/Boot camps/ Course content before joining or purchasing. We confirm our batches only after admissions. Therefore, the company has no refund policy once the admittance gets verified or courses are purchased.

EXCEPTIONS:
You are entitled to a refund only in the case where you have not been allotted the course/ batch after payment.
To process a refund, we may need your documents (ID Proof and Fee receipt)
GOVERNING LAWS AND JURISDICTION
Each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of District Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India for the adjudication of any dispute hereunder or in connection herewith.
