Shell off campus 2024 drive: Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to Red Hat enterprise customers
- Work with Red Hat enterprise customers across the globe on 24×7 basis that requires one to work in different shifts periodically
- Diagnose problems, troubleshoot customer issues, and develop solutions to technical issues
- Exceed customer expectations by providing outstanding customer service
- Consult and develop relationships with in-house engineers and developers to promote creative solutions and improve customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the global Red Hat knowledge management system while working on customer issues
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and support management teams to prioritize customer requests
- Support Red Hat’s global customers on technical issues through phone, chat, or remote access tools
Shell Eligibility Criteria
Candidate should meet the minimum eligibility criteria to appear for Shell off campus. The detailed eligibility are mentioned below
- You must be in the final year of your post-graduation or have graduated with an advanced degree like Masters or PhD from a recognized university with less than 3 years’ work experience
- There are no specific academic requirements for grades at A level or GCSE equivalents. However, we do expect candidates to have a strong academic record.
Selection Process of Shell Graduate Programme 2024
Stage 1: Online assessments
After you’ve submitted your application, you’ll be asked to complete four online game-based assessments. These games measure various cognitive abilities and your working style preferences by presenting you with different challenges.
Altogether this will take approximately 20 minutes and will need to be completed within five days of receiving the assessment invite.
On the basis of your performance in the Stage 1 online assessments, if you are successfully shortlisted, then you will receive an invite to the Stage 1 on-demand video interview (ODVI). Altogether this will take about 20 minutes, and will need to be completed within 10 days of receiving the ODVI invite.
Stage 1: On-Demand Video interview
This short, self-recorded video interview is an opportunity for you to tell us about yourself. You’ll also see some of our current graduates who will ask you a series of pre-recorded competency-based questions. You’ll be asked five questions in total, and after each question, you’ll be given time to think and then to respond. For each question, you’ll have 30 seconds to prepare and 3 minutes to record your answer. We recommend you reflect on why you’re applying and your standout experiences. Be ready to talk about these in an engaging way. You may record the interview at any internet-enabled location at a time that’s convenient to you.
Stage 2 – Final assessment
This is the last assessment stage. It consists of a live online session with two professionals at Shell. During this session you’ll be asked to discuss your thoughts on a case study, which you’ll have a chance to review 48 hours prior to the session. You will need to read and prepare for this, but don’t worry, more information will be provided closer to the time. On the day of your assessment, you will be assigned a topic relating to your case study and then given 20 minutes (30 for non-native English speakers) to prepare a five-minute presentation.
This presentation will be followed by questions and additional scenarios from the assessors for up to 30 minutes. After this, there will be an interview. This is where you have the chance to get to know us, and for us to get to know you better.
