Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated students for this internship program, through which you will gain real-world career experience by developing innovative frameworks/apps/solutions in Zoho.
Responsibilities
- Respond to support requests via multiple channels and following documented processes
- Provide prompt, friendly and efficient assistance to Autodesk customers on a variety of issues and questions, such as product features, usage, etc.
- Document support interactions in a company-wide case management system
- Research, verify, and document product defects
- Manage customer expectations by providing timely updates on progress support cases
Qualifications/ Skills Required for Zoho Summer Internship
- BE/B.Tech: 2023 batch
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong knowledge in object-oriented design, data structures and algorithms, and debugging.
- Programming knowledge and experience in at least one of these: Java, C/C++, Python, MySQL, JavaScript, and web frameworks.
Note:
- This will be a summer internship and eligible candidates will be pre-final year students.
- Post completion of the internship, candidates who perform on par with what we expect will be eligible for a full time opportunity.
