2025 passing outstudents. We expect individuals who are passionate about working in a challenging next gen software product development environment will be the best fit. We have no criterion for a minimum CGPA or arrears

Skills Required

Having an attitude of openness, eagerness, and endless possibilities.
Somebody who starts with great doubt and great faith, having this mindset isthe highest rating for attitude in our performance pyramid.
Very good speaking and written skills in English.
A person who treats everybody equally asks questions when notsure of whoever might be on the other side.
Technical knowledge with an intent to problem solving would be preferred.

Employment Details

For candidates who have been selected in the final interview will be provided with offer letters.
The candidates who accept the offer will go through an internship for a period of 6 months.
The internship is expected to start in the month of September and will be full time during this period.
The interns will be provided a stipend of INR 10,000 per month during the internship.
The interns will start their full-time employment post their internship receiving the salary package ranging from 3 LPA to 4 LPA.
The interns will have an option for opting out of internship within 4 weeks from the start of the internship if they feel that AVASOFT is not the right place for them. There will be no questions asked.
Useful Interview Tips For Freshers
After the 4-week internship completion we expect the intern to work with us during the rest of the internship and for a period of 2 years as a full-time employee. If they want to discontinue any time before that they can by paying us the training cost amounting to INR 1.5 Lakhs.

Interview /Recruitment Process of Avasoft

Complete the registration to get the required credentials after verification.
Make sure you are taking up the first level of evaluation immediately after your registration to enter our interview process.
The first level of evaluation comprises a preliminary check, essay writing, precise writing, and programming test.
The results for the 1st level of evaluation will be out within 10-15 days.
Shortlisted candidates will undergo the following process:
- Group discussion will be conducted through a virtual platform.
- Coding Test (All the shortlisted candidates will take up both group discussion and coding test).
- Interview with Senior Managers (For candidates selected based on the consolidated results obtained from coding test and GD).
- Final Interview with Center Head (For candidates selected based on Interview performance).
