What is Cognizant GenC hiring: GenC- Generation Cognizant is an Entry level/Early career position in Cognizant. Every Year Cognizant hire students through GenC Program. This year also cognizant hiring from 2024, 2025 batch. Cognizant hiring process recognizes how students come with varied exposure to IT. We offer them options based on their interest and IT prowess.

How many rounds is CTS GenC
There are mainly two rounds
1) Round 1: Technical Assessment/ Aptitude Test

Individuals with foundational knowledge in programming along with database skills. Knowledge of programming is mandatory, and they are deployed to business units after additional skilling. They join Cognizant with a skill- based joining bonus in addition to the GenC package.
