ITC Limited off campus 2024 drive: Responsibilities
To manage manufacturing processes across the production lines to deliver required production volumes at the required cost & quality while ensuring continuous improvement in quality, yield, cost & productivity performance indicators
- Propose annual plan in terms of material yield, recipe adherence, daily average output, fixed costs (manpower, maintenance, etc.) & variable costs (fuel, power & productivity)
- Participate in development of final approved plan for the operations – developed with consideration of category & industry benchmarks for manufacturing
- Sign-off on cost of production including improvement projects targeting annual conversion cost & material yields (based on power, fuel, manpower, productivity & applicable fixed costs) with the Category management team
- Plan cost & quality improvement projects for the lines, submit proposed capex budget for improvement projects for approval & drive execution of proposed projects in line with capex & timeline budgets
Eligibility Criteria for ITC Limited
Candidate should meet the minimum eligibility criteria to appear for ITC Limited off campus recruitment. The detailed eligibility is mentioned below.
- B.Tech/B.E. ( Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation from Premier Colleges will be preferred)
- Experience in Production/Project in FMCG Manufacturing setup will be preferred
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, productivity and quality parameters, costs, throughput etc.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance for a manufacturing plant with respect to labor, machinery, safety, infrastructure. Review the overhead requirements and related cost budget (fixed and variable) prepared by respective departments at the factory
- Knowledge of commercial processes like budgeting, costing, ROI computation, IRR computation, hurdle rates etc.
- Knowledge of process improvement tools like TQM, TPM, Six sigma, Kaizen
