Responsibilities

Help Customers resolve onboard onto the system, resolve any issues and support upgrades and other rollouts
Work with Customers to help them use the Software, resolve any bugs/issues
Use Javascript to tailor the user interface to Customer-specific workflows
Build customized reports for Customers by updating SQL procedures and queries
Usd monitored metrics to optimize the software for Customers, track and verify rollouts

Qualification and Skills Required

BE/B.Tech
C#, SQL, Datadog, Javascript, Python Redshift, AWS, SQL
