• Interacting with client engineering team to conceptualize, develop and implement software projects and solutions
• Proactively track developments in healthcare IT, including standards, technologies and workflows • Work with software engineering and quality assurance team to translate requirements into working solution • Plan, perform, and manage medium to high complexity production support tasks and activities that require subject matter knowledge regarding general application and infrastructure support • Work with end users for functional clarifications • Maintain the existing business / functional requirements
